About us
Massimo Ghisi is a designer and project manager in the architecture studio DISEGNO. Vanna Bernardelli has been buyer and owner of the clothes shop Bernardelli until 1993. From 1992 onward, both entered the contemporary art world, organising exhibitions and lately becoming collectors.
They bought Palazzo Beccaguti Cavriani in 2001 and they took care of the renovation with attention to all the details, creating inside the property an architecture studio, a gallery and a house with very little furniture and the dominant presence of works of art.
Also the house indeed, becomes part of the spaces used for the exhibitions and open to the public. A sort of museum in which to host artists and think together with them about how to collocate their creations. At each exhibition are also organised musical, theatrical or dance events.
Massimo Ghisi è progettista e designer nello studio di architettura DISEGNO. Vanna Bernardelli è stata la bayer e proprietaria del negozio di moda Bernardelli fino al 1993.
Dal 1992 , entrambi si occupano d'arte contemporanea organizzando mostre e divenendo in seguito collezionisti.
L'acquisto di Palazzo Beccaguti Cavriani è del 2001 e il restauro è stato curato nei minimi particolari da entrambi per riunirvi lo studio di architettura, la galleria e un'abitazione col minor numero possibile di mobili e la presenza dominante delle opere selezionate. Anche l'abitazione, ad ogni nuova mostra, viene infatti allestita e aperta al pubblico. Una sorta di museo vissuto in cui ospitare gli artisti e con loro pensare ai diversi allestimenti. Ad ogni mostra vengono inoltre organizzati eventi musicali o di teatro-danza.
